The ground floor, spanning 9600 sq. ft., houses IPD departments with 45 fully centralized beds, a 24/7 receptionist, and 22 nurses working in shifts. It also features 900 sq. ft. of waiting areas, relative and staff parking, and a 24/7 ambulance service. The OT departments include Minor, Major, and Super Major OT, equipped with updated instruments and staffed by 6 professionals working in shifts.
